How can a salon show its services and prices online?

Put your rate card on one web page that opens from a link or a QR code: each service with its price (or a "from" price), duration and options, plus your timings, location and a way to book. Share that link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status and Google Business Profile, and keep it up to date from your phone.

Clients ask the same things before every appointment: how much, how long, are you open, can you come home. A clear rate card answers them before the first message, so the chats you get are closer to a booking.

How booking requests work

1. The client picks services. For example a haircut (choosing Men, Women or Kids) and a facial.
2. They choose where and when. At your salon, a home visit (with your visit fee) or online, plus a preferred date and time.
3. The request opens in WhatsApp. Everything is written out. They tap send.
4. You confirm. Reply to accept, or suggest another slot if you are full.

Good to know: this is a booking request, not an automatic appointment system. There is no calendar, slot blocking, staff roster or reminder messages. What you can show on a salon page

• Services grouped into hair, skin, nails, bridal and so on, with search
• Fixed price, "from" price (for example colour by hair length) or "ask for price" for bridal packages
