Terms of service

Chowkly is a product operated by Svaith Labs LLP. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Svaith Labs LLP, and “you” means the business owner who signs up for Chowkly. By paying for or using Chowkly you agree to these terms.

What Chowkly is

Chowkly gives your business one web page (for example chowkly.com/your-name) that shows your items or services, prices, photos, timings, address, map and contact details. Your customers can send you orders or booking requests on WhatsApp from that page. You get an owner panel, protected by a PIN, to update your page yourself.

Chowkly is a digital service. We do not sell, deliver or take payment for your products or services, and we are not a party to any order between you and your customers.

Plan and payment

• Setup: a one-time fee of ₹999, paid in advance. It covers building your page from the details and photos you give us, and a QR code poster file.
• Subscription: ₹199 per month, paid in advance, which keeps your page and owner panel live.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Renewal, missed payments and cancellation

Your subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to info.chowkly@gmail.com; your page stays live until the end of the month you have already paid for. If a monthly payment fails, we will remind you, and if it is still unpaid 7 days after the due date we may pause your page until it is paid. See our Refunds and cancellations policy for refunds.

Your account and PIN

Keep your owner-panel PIN private. Anyone with your PIN can change your page. If you think someone else knows it, change it in the owner panel or tell us and we will reset it.

Your content and your business

• You are responsible for everything on your page: names, prices, photos, descriptions, offers and timings, and for keeping them accurate.
• You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you give us, and that your business holds any licences it needs (for example FSSAI for food businesses).
• You may not use Chowkly for anything illegal, including selling prohibited or restricted goods, misleading customers, or infringing anyone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend a page that breaks these rules.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to host and display it to provide the service.

Orders, payments and your customers

Orders and bookings sent from your page go directly to your WhatsApp. Your customers pay you directly. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, pricing, taxes, refunds to your customers and any disputes with them.

Availability

We work to keep pages online at all times, but we rely on third-party services (such as Google, Vercel, WhatsApp and Razorpay) and cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Chowkly is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost orders, lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending the service

You can stop using Chowkly at any time. We may end the service for you if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. When your page is taken down, we delete your content as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by WhatsApp or email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
