Delivery policy

Chowkly is a digital service operated by Svaith Labs LLP. We do not ship any physical products.

What we deliver

• Your live business page at chowkly.com/your-name.
• Access to your owner panel at chowkly.com/your-name/internal, with your PIN.
• A QR code poster as a digital file (PDF or image) that you can print yourself.

When

Your page is delivered within 48 hours (2 working days) after we receive your payment and your business details and photos. If we need something more from you, the time starts once we have it. If we cannot deliver within 7 days, you can ask for a full refund of the setup fee (see our Refunds and cancellations policy).

How

We send your page link, owner-panel link and QR poster to your WhatsApp number and email. Nothing is couriered.

Orders from your customers

Chowkly does not deliver goods or services for the businesses that use it. Each business sets its own pickup, delivery, shipping or visit terms on its page and is responsible for them.
